Park Place Inn and Cottages is part of the Sanford Historic district and centrally located to downtown on one of the most scenic streets in town, Park Avenue. The property was built in the early 1930's in the Craftsman and Colonial style of the era. Park Place Inn is a vacation rental property that guests can stay for one night or extended periods of time. Park Place Inn and Cottages is locally owned business by Aaron Butler, who also owns Creations Catering and Events. We work very hard to make sure all guests have a great and memorable experience while staying with us. We also host weddings and events on the property. Our goal is to exceed your expectations, provide a comfortable, personable experience, and give you the feeling that you are at home, which is unique from a hotel chain. Come stay with us and experience the difference!

Sanford is an authentic, Southern early American town, full of friendly people, restaurants, shops and parks. I feel safe here, and love the marina, the river walk promenade, the cobble stones streets, the majestic Live Oak Trees, the thousands of Azaleas blooming in the February, and the beautiful Victorian homes> one never could be bored here, there are so many things you can do, like bird watching, going to the Zoo, canoeing, river cruising, scuba diving, play tennis, soccer, swimming, restaurants, breweries and antique shopping.
