The host (Richard) went above and beyond! Beautiful place, easy to meet other people in the communal area, close to some great beaches in the north. Outside of town but a quick motorbike ride is just 50 pesos. Hopefully I can make it back here someday :)

Situated in Panglao, within 700 metres of Dumaluan Beach and 2.7 km of Libaong White Beach, Izla Soanna features accommodation with a garden and free WiFi as well as free private parking for guests... The bed are confortable, every bed has a fan! Its clean and i felt like home, the staf are really nice, good vibes! I recomend this hostel. And if you have motobike (they rent), its not far.

MOMO Hostel in Moalboal provides adults-only accommodation with a garden, a terrace and a bar. Momo and Wilma make you feel like home. Very cool hostel. You can book the excursion with them, they give you tips about restaurants, things to do etc. Also, they will call your tuktuks when you need it. Very social hostel with great vibes. Very clean and comfortable.

Featuring a garden, ALTHEA BIRDS NEST INN is located in Moalboal in the Visayas region, 24 km from Kawasan Falls and 19 km from Santo Nino Church. There was a 24-hour service at the reception area and they were so accommodating, they even let us leave our things at the place first when we arrive at 5am to proceed with our tour.

Hostel provides really good opportunities to meet likeminded travelers esp with family dinners and chill common areas! Staff are so approachable and made atmosphere very comfortable for everyone!!

MAAYONG HOSTEL is a quiet and chill hostel in Panagsama road in barangay Basdiot, ideally located 250 meters from Panagsama Beach & the famous sardine run and 2 minutes walk from the bars, restaurants... It’s not a party hostel. Very chill ambience, nice common area. There are yoga mats and board games. The hostel is pretty quiet after 10 pm. Good wi-fi. There is a kitchen where you can order food. Clean bathrooms.
