Located in Tamano, Machicado features a garden, shared lounge, bar, and free WiFi throughout the property. Location was great to get to the islands close by. There were also a few restaurants and a convenient store located within minutes. The room was spacious and comfortable - the hosts/staff were so lovely and had great chats!

It feels like a secret holiday house. The bath was very relaxing and you can use it privately too. The staff are very friendly, they helped providing me with alternative methods to reach the property as the direct buses stop after 7pm or so. It’s very clean and the restaurant felt very private and delicious. You can grind coffee beans in your room and read books and magazines it was a beautiful experience and design.

Kikusui Ryokan ligger en 8-minutters spasertur fra JR Uno jernbanestasjon og 5 minutters gange unna Uno havn, hvor du kan ta ferge over til Naoshima og de andre øyene i nærheten. Nice and clean. We arrived late and we had no issues checking in. The location is super convenient for getting the ferry to nearby islands!

I think it must be a very nice place in summer, but I was there on a snowing day and it was very cold inside the building. Going out for the toilet or to the shower room was a bit painful for me! But the bedroom was warm and the futon very comfortable. The owner was nice and helpful.
