Free parking is available on site. Cernobbio is a 40-minute drive from the hostel, while Como is 36 km away. Very friendly staff. The check-in was in Lake Como Hostel where they explained the fastest route to get up to the Peace Lodge. We got cupons for free drinks in the hostel below and I highly suggest to use them cause restaurant has very good, cheap food (pizza, pasta, burgers, tiramisu etc.) and amazing cocktails - try Baileys Martini. Also everyone who was staying seemed really friendly. The place has nice views over the lake and buildings nearby. It's also close to Menaggio center and local bus stop (take C10 to Como) and ferry. There are a lot of booklets about local hiking routes and I think you can even rent a bike there. It is very peaceful - quiet and nice to stay.
