The staff were very nice and helpful. Excellent location if you want to visit the national library or museum. I loved the fresh and tasty complimentary croissants and fruits in the room .

Had a health problem during our stay and they really helped. The hostel is right beside one of the gates (the closest one to the Wailing Wall and Mescid-i Aksa) of the Old City. So, you stay inside the castle, which is a cool experience. Nice experience overall
