Amazing staff. I arrived earlier than the check in time but they accommodated me. Fernando helped with all my plans. It's slightly cheaper if you reserve a spot with them for the Santa Rosa Termales. Kitchen was well equiped, had coffee available in the mornings. Very clean. Good hot showers. Great location, the buses to Pereira/termales pass right in front of the hostel.
