I stayed 3 weeks in May in this studio, I am very picky in general but it was all I needed. I was alone so I had plenty of space to leave my luggage plus move around freely. There were 3 windows in the room and air was flowing without problem. I also had enough natural light on the upper floor. Kitchen utensils, pans, pots are provided and when I asked for a knife I was provided with more than asked. The place is very secure, it is located at the entrance of the market but there is no noise, you can easily find cooked food or even buy your groceries (also some vegetarian options as I needed). At night it might seem a bit intimidating because the market is closed and there is nobody there, but there are lights and I never had a problem. The girls who run the place were very very kind and made me feel very comfortable. They also provided me with a clothes rack to dry my clothes on (and detergent). I tried the floor heating once and it worked perfectly. They provided many towels for my use, the typical small ones that you always get in Korea. Kitchen also worked perfectly. Seomyeon station and the area itself is 5-10 min walking and with the underground connection from Boujeon I did so easily with my heavy luggage. Also the girl in the cafe downstairs helped me with everything I wanted! Lastly, it was a clean space and I loved it! Overall I would highly highly recommend this place and if you are a solo woman traveler don't hesitate to book it. I was so sad to leave!

Everything is clean and organized, the place is easy to access by metro or bus, there is a park five minutes away on foot, a supermarket 15 minutes away, the manager is super efficient and the person in charge of cleaning does an extremely professional work. Frankly, exceptional and great for short and long term.

Rei (I hope I wrote it properly) is the best hostel manager I've met, really really funny and knowledgeable of the area. Ready to throw in recommendations to make the best time for everyone.
