What a beautiful estate! It starts already with the road through Addo park to get to Stellenhof, if you are lucky you will already spot animals along the road. The estate itself is beautifully set up - the doms are so nicely set up as well. Everything looks very well maintained, very friendly staff, good food and breathtaking environment. Kronenhoff Guesthouse, a splendid Cape Dutch style house, is set in the charming Sundays River Valley bordering the Addo Elephant Park and is accessible from the entire Eastern Cape road network. The staff were all delightful and couldn’t be more helpful. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The grounds were lovely with a small but sparkling pool with quality towels provided. We had dinner twice, each time delicious, and breakfast twice which was equally plentiful and perfect. This is a real gem.
