The host - a couple make the stay extra warm and cosy. The place is filled with so much characters and shared bathrooms and facilities all look brand new to us. You can see n feel they really take good care of the place with love. Definitely worth it.

The house was a beautiful and relaxing place. The furnishings and all amenities were exceptional!!! The view of Mount Hakodate was spectacular. The beds were very comfortable and provided me with a great night sleep!!! Will definitely try to stay here again in the future!!!

The house was beautiful, clean and cozy especially during a February winter. Around a 5 minute walk to the nearest tram which wasn't too bad, but also pretty much right next to a grocery which was very convenient!

Fantastic stay! Spacious and lovely home run by friendly hosts. Cleanliness is 100%. Futon beds are very comfy. Living room feels so homey and warm as heater was provided (very important during winter!). Toilet and shower area was sparkling clean. You can see the efforts from the hosts to keep the place clean and smelling fresh. Location is superb too with major attractions and Hakodate station nearby. Tram station is about 3 mins walk and there is a convenience store nearby. Special thanks to Hajime San and Yuko San for their excellent hospitality. They are so attentive and thoughtful! They insisted to help cleaned our luggage (because of the walk from the snow) and they also prepared fresh strawberries, coffee and tea bag, heat pads as well as pajamas for our stay. They even offered to send us to Hakodate station during our checkout in the morning. Overall I enjoyed my stay here very much and will definitely revisit if I have the chance. Totally worth the price and is the best home stay I’ve experienced by far !!

Very short distance from the JR station, reasonable price, fully equipped cozy Japanese style room, amazing decoration,kind staff:) (their English are pretty good 🫡 I even got a present when I checked out 😭 Thank you so much! This is my favourite hotel in Hokkaido🥺❤️It’s a pity that I only spent one day in Hakodate, if I have the chance to travel to Hokkaido again, I will definitely book it again. I highly recommend this hotel to all the travellers!

The location was amazing and the views! Our room was very spacious and had amazing views! We were thankful there was dedicated parking and we were able to do a load of laundry during our quick stay. The host was very kind and responsive to my questions. Honestly we loved this guest house and wished we were staying in the area longer! Definitely recommending my to anyone who will be in Hakodate area!
