Great place to stay before a cruise. The room was so clean and the bed was very comfortable (this coming from someone who usually has pain when sleeping because of hip pain). It was an easy 10 minute walk along Via del Lazzaretto to the cruise shuttle at Largo della Pace. Caterina, the lady who met me at the guest house was such a lovely lady. She was very helpful and friendly.

MAIRA has been very helpful! She welcomed us with a good local wine 🍷 The bathroom is really very nice . It's a lovely and very clean apartment Private parking place . Close to Civitavecchia Port.

The location was perfect for a night's stay before a cruise. Restaurants and oceanfront walk are close by. A food market is across the street. Our host, Paolo, was very personable and friendly. He helped us with our luggage, picked us up from the local car rental, and even dropped us off at the shuttle for our cruise. We have rarely had such attentive service in even a 5-star hotel. Thank you, Paolo! We will definitely be staying here on our next visit!

The warm welcome from Francesco was the beginning of a beautiful stay. I loved the cleanliness of the room and the large bathroom! Plenty of towels in different sizes were available. The bed was very comfortable AND having air conditioning was a great plus, on the hot August night! The location was perfect for shopping and for dining … the building is very secure. I felt safe. I took a train to Fiumicino airport the next day and it’s just a 5 minute walk away! Francesco rapidly answered every one of my text questions … He’s a lovely man.

I hesitated how realistic the rating of the accommodation was since it was so high but it's well deserved. Spotless clean, absolutely quiet and silent at night, very sweet and extremely flexible staff (I needed to do a late check in and late check out which they accommodated without any question since it was low season and they had availability). The place has a large garden with private parking which was a nice + The place looked fresher in life than on photos. Very strong internet connection which is super important for nomads like me. I could easily do all my business meetings with video on. And the puppy.. the cutest and friendliest puppy which made me feel like at home. Overall, great experience!

The property is located very close to the Civitavecchia cruise port and train station. It was a little difficult to find because it’s located on the 12th floor of the building but please do not be put off by that because the space is amazing. It’s bright, very clean , neatly decorated with many touches of Tiffany. There are very beautiful views of the city and ocean from the wrap around terrace. We arrived very early so there was a woman there named Olga who offered us snacks and coffee and let us relax while we waited for our rooms. The owner Georgiana arrived and she is a sweetheart she greeted us with baked treats and shared so much information with us about the city, she told us how to get to the restaurants and arranged for our transportation to the cruise port the following day. In the evening she had Prosecco and snacks waiting for us in a common area. The room was a decent size, clean and quiet also with a terrace. We felt safe and had a good night’s rest in a comfy bed before our cruise. Thank you Georgiana , Olga and Dione. Oh and the continental breakfast was delicious the croissants were top tier and it had a breakfast at Tiffany’s touch which was sweet!
