Il soggiorno in questo Gampling è stato semplicemente magico. Oltre alla vista mozzafiato sospesa sopra le nuvole, con una piscina a sfioro che offre panorami incantevoli durante le “golden hours”, c'è qualcosa di veramente speciale in questo luogo. La possibilità di gustare la colazione in camera ogni mattina, ha reso le nostre giornate ancora più piacevoli. Il dome in cui abbiamo alloggiato era spazioso e ben fornito: connessione Wi-Fi affidabile, una cucina attrezzata, un accogliente divano e un balcone con un'amaca per rilassarsi all'aperto. È impossibile non sentirsi completamente rigenerati in un ambiente così sereno. L'unico piccolo inconveniente riguardava la vista, in quanto il nostro domo affacciava su un campo di mele anziché sul mare. Tuttavia, questa "pecca" svaniva appena ci affacciavamo al balcone e ci lasciavamo catturare nuovamente dalla vista mozzafiato. Parlando dei proprietari, due giovani ragazzi estremamente gentili e attenti. La loro dedizione si riflette chiaramente nell'atmosfera che hanno creato, offrendo un'esperienza da vacanza da sogno. Consiglio vivamente questo campeggio a chiunque cerchi un rifugio incantevole e indimenticabile.

We are here for the second time, so we love everything about this place. Arambha è un posto magico,completamente immerso nella Natura. Il silenzio è quasi assordante e le albe con vista sull’oceano sono mozzafiato. Raggiungere il villaggio è possibile solo in macchina dopo un percorso abbastanza impervio in salita tra le montagne. Ma fa tutto parte dell’avventura. Ad accoglierci è stato Diego, un’anima gentile, discreta e sempre disponibile per ogni nostra esigenza. Abbiamo avuto anche un upgrade di sistemazione. La nostra dom era particolarmente bella. Con doppia camera da letto, doppia toilettes, un cucinino, un bel salottino con stufa a legno e degli oblò di vetro sul soffitto da poter ammirare un cielo infinitamente stellato. Lo raccomando solo a chi ha la mentalità giusta per godersi un posto in totale armonia con la madre Terra.

Everything was really clean and we had everything we needed. A very beautiful place to stay. We would highly recommend it.

Guests can make meals in the kitchen that is equipped with a stovetop, a refrigerator, kitchenware and a microwave. We had the most wonderful stay at the Mountain Eco Shelter. The location is beautiful - the lodges are in a beautiful Ecological Park full of plants and flowers. You can do hikes directly from the lodges. The lodges themselves have everything you need - a great kitchen, a comfortable bed and a balcony with a stunning view. The staff here are really friendly and helpful. There’s even a snackbar down the road where you can grab dinner & drinks. We loved every minute of our stay here and we are already planning to come back again.

There's a great place to eat and drink (O Barracão), just 10 mins walk from the cabin, and it's only 20 minutes drive from Funchal (we had a rental car, but I believe there's a bus stop nearby too). It felt like a little home away from home, bed was very comfortable, shower was excellent and the little kitchenette had a stove top, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and fridge. Our host was wonderful, very welcoming and gave us lots of recommendations. I would definitely stay here again!

This place is located INSIDE the national ecological park, and provides access to some of the best hiking on the island. We were a family of three, and everyone slept comfortably, and enjoyed walking to O Barracão, which has amazing poncha and a great food selection. The property also has a small pond with trout, and friendly donkeys. Dioclécio greeted us, and had great recommendations for hikes and information about the local area. We would love to come and visit again!
