A fantastic experience all round. We stayed in the Bush Bubble (the term 'tent' does not do the experience justice) and absolutely loved it. Everything is beautifully and very tastefully done. Flowers everywhere, lots of beautiful little details, lots of privacy, very attentive and friendly staff, and everything you could wish for is already present or swiftly provided. We woke up to the sight of monkeys in the trees above our bubble, went standup-paddling in the lagoon, enjoyed time by the pool, and ate at the restaurant. Stefano provides an SUP and a free rescue service by a very friendly and patient captain is available in case the current and/or wind make it impossible for you to return to the hotel under your own steam.

Guests will find kitchenware in the kitchenette. The tent also features a barbecue. This tent has a seating area, an outdoor dining area, garden views and a shared bathroom. The unit has 2 beds. We stayed in the tents. Loved the feeling of being in our own little forest with monkeys and birds all around. Open air shower is so refreshing. Not a far walk to the most amazing beach. Think its a brilliant idea with different kinds of accommodations available for different budgets and preferences. The Snackbar was wonderful. Stanley and his team really makes amazing food.

This tent features a private entrance. Located at Kilifi Creek, just 3 km outside of town and surrounded by a community forest, Distant Relatives Ecolodge and Backpackers features a secluded beach... Out of everywhere in the world, this was my favorite hostel ever! Meant to stay 4 nights and stayed 2 weeks and didn’t want to leave. The property is HUGE and so beautiful. They were constantly cleaning and all the facilities were well maintained. The staff, especially Beth, Brian and George were incredible. There’s hostel pets we fell in love with as well. Can cook there too! Just beware monkeys will enter the dorm rooms constantly! So don’t bring food in there. Couldn’t recommend enough.

This tent has a shared bathroom, a seating area and a carpeted floor. The unit has 1 futon. The staff was fantastic! Everyone was so helpful and kind. I organized a tour from here and my guide was extremely knowledgeable with the birds. So many amazing birds here. The food was delicious. I would go upstairs at night and ended up sleeping up there so I could hear the sounds of nature and see the stars. I took public transportation here and the walk from the road was easy.
