We were very fortunate to see aurora borealis from our bed on the first night of our stay and to see the calmness of the rain pouring down on the glass windows on our second night. What a wonderful hotel. It's family run, and the proprietor Hildur is amazing! It has homely and cozy properties, much like a boutique guesthouse despite it's size. Great breakfast, bar at the lobby with some extremely friendly staff, a selection of hot tubs outside in the forest, and a nice lounge. I didn't want to leave at all, but rather just move in permanently!
