The view - obviously :) No seriously - it’s a spectacular view right from your bed. Also the hosts were exceptional with their breakfast and the heater (we are always a bit on the colder side).

The view from our room was outstanding. Wendy is an awesome manageress and hostess- she is so personable and so intent on making each of her guests feel at home. We cannot wait to return to this gem in Knysna.

Perched high above the village, Paradise Private Zen Studios offer studio accommodation with views of either the garden, lagoon, town and the famous Knysna Heads. Free WiFi is available. Everything was perfect. Hosts were very welcoming and helpful providing us with tips during our stay and kept us informed of loadshedding etc. The location is great, walking distance down to town if not wanting to drive. The studios are beautiful and spotlessly clean. Nice attention to details made the stay very pleasant.Views from the house are stunning and the location is quiet and very peaceful.

THEBLOEM Guest Suites by Knysna Paradise Collection, a property with a bar, is located in Knysna, 6.4 km from Simola Golf and Country Estate, 6.8 km from Knysna Forest, as well as 9 km from Knysna... Everything was faultless!!! We absolutely loved every minute of our stay as a family of 5 at thebloem guest suites. We stayed one night as a stop along the garden route and had 2 rooms. Having stayed at over 6 places over the last few weeks, we can honestly say thebloem surpassed all the other accommodations! True 5* luxury experience from beautifully spacious and contemporary rooms and amenities, including fabulous bathrooms to the delicious and perfectly cooked breakfast with amazing variety. Service from Constance, Tracy and the lovely man who helped with luggage was fantastic. The owner/manager Bianca was really sweet. Everyone made sure our stay was great, very friendly and attentive. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing luxury break amid the travelling.

Situated high up on the ridge, Strode House offers magnificent views of the Knysna lagoon, the famous Knysna Heads, forests and Outiniqua Mountain Range. It features a private pool with hot tub. An oasis in the City. Clean, huge, open spaces. The jacuzzi was a nice extra. Only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer! Quiet, incredible views, yet just a very short drive to the City & waterfront. Excellent WiFi. My husband loved the pool table. It’s a place that we will definitely return to once we’ve moved to South Africa one day. It has a feeling of Zen from the minute you walk in the front door.

Overlooking the Knysna Lagoon, Paradise Found is situated at the end of a quiet cul de sac and 2 km away from the centre of Knsyna and the Waterfront. The view from the balcony was stunning. The hosts are very nice and warm, it was a real pleasure to meet them. We could see their dedication for this guesthouse. The room was very clean and well equipped. The beautiful garden only added to the peaceful atmosphere. We could spend hours on the balcony.

Offering an outdoor pool and a cosy lounge and bar, Parkes Manor is a classic, historical house located within 2 km from the Knysna Waterfront. Stop scrolling ! if you are after somewhere FANTASTIC within reach of Kynsna water front restaurants look no further. Big house- lovely garden and gorgeous pool. fabulous breakfast (standard is so high, it’s hard to standout but this completely does). lovely interior - sitting room breakfast room, amazing bathroom - white sheets clean and lovely. just stop. stop here and you won’t regret it.

Featuring panoramic views of Knysna Lagoon as well as the Heads, 6 On Protea is located along the Garden Route, just a 5-minute drive from the Knysna town centre. Room was spacious & clean. Host Anita is friendly and caring. We had a nice patio outside, that was perfect to have a glass of wine whilst enjoying the view of the town and lagoon below. View from the breakfast terrace was stunning (day or night). Even tho, the guest house is a bit uphill, we had lovely walk down to the town.

Double Dutch offers bed and breakfast in Knysna and views over the Knysna lagoon. Set in extensive garden, it boasts an outdoor swimming pool. Owners were amazing, very hospitable. Pool views and breakfast were great, as was the location.

Cambalala is a luxury guest house ideally situated in Paradise with magnificent views over the Knysna lagoon. The hosts were so friendly and helpful, we loved the spacious rooms, breakfast and the pool!
