A neat and tidy room with a comfortable bed, bathroom and ample space to store my things. Toiletries were provided and topped up daily. All staff were super friendly and were patient and helpful towards me during a card issue on check in, and immediately swapped my room when I had an AC/heater issue. The hotel is within walking distance to Logan Circle, DuPont and Shaw. Downtown is about a 45 minute walk, a pleasant straight walk with lots of cafes to stop at along the way. The area felt safe to walk around during the day on my own. I didn’t use the hotel’s facilities as the surrounding area has lots to see and do.

I could have easily stayed there indefinitely.

This eco-friendly Washington, D.C. hotel boasts state-of-the-art amenities, on-site dining and rooms with a flat-screen TV. It is 1.6 km from the White House. The location was perfect. close to Whitehouse area and also close to 14th street where all the restaurants and bars are. The rooms were clean and rather large with a great bathroom (incl a walk in shower). Rooms were also modern and included a large flatscreen. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I had my Amazon orders delivered there. The rooftop bar is definately worth checking out.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff, excellent rooms and location was good to see all the Washington sites. Very nice atmosphere in the hotel.

I like the fact that the kitchen tables are available for guests to use. Love the breakfast and availability of coffee and water in the kitchen at all times. Rooms are super clean and beds are comfortable. The location is very good and close to everything. Very nice hotel with great hospitality and nice employees. My only hotel if I ever come back to DC. I had a pleasant surprise that when i arrived at 11:30 in the morning, the room was immediately available, and I didn't have to wait til 3 PM highly recommended. also the price was very reasomnable

Huge space for our family, very clean and nicely decorated. Host supplied everything you can think of: towels, linens, kitchen essentials and so many snacks. Also extra personal items in case you forgot . We walked, took the bus and metro in nice neighborhood. Great location
