Just 5 minutes' walk from Dupont Circle and the Dupont Circle Metro Station, Lyle DC features an on-site restaurant and free WiFi. Many rooms offer a fully equipped kitchenette. Very nice corner room, comfy bed (though 6 pillows is a bit overkill for me), very nice bathroom with a large walk-in shower, super clean, good towels. I liked the breakfast menu, better than the usual buffets (unless you want lots to eat). Just a 10-minute walk from DuPont Circle. All in all a nice small-scale hotel, an excellent alternative to the big chain hotels.

Located just 500 metres from Dupont Circle, The St. Gregory Hotel offers complimentary WiFi and an on-site restaurant. I stayed at a sweet room of this hotel with a reasonable price for two nights, which gave my family awesome experience. The room is kind of a classical type, I think. It was quite clean and well arranged with much enough nice amenities. They serve fresh apple and cool lemon water at the front desk. I had breakfast with a voucher with my family, which was simple and freshly delicious to me, served in a bright environment of a restaurant. The staff was also so nice and supportive with big smile any time when I asked their favor of check in and out, luggage custody, and neighborhood information. It has nice restaurants, a bus station, and Metro station close to them or in a walk distance. The neighborhood is quite safe and peaceful, I felt.

This hotel is located at the top of Dupont Circle just minutes from the historical landmarks of Washington, D.C. Beautiful interior, excellent central location for walking and exploring, the staff went above and beyond and the room was quaint. I also liked that there was a window in the shower that could be opened a bit, so I could get some fresh air into the room. The bar (Doyle) was exquisite. I had the best crab cake of my life and it was a very “happening” spot.

Outstanding hotel, with great location and staff. Nice small bar for a pre-dinner drink and a great breakfast in the morning. Also used their complimentary bikes to tour DC!

The Washington Marriott Georgetown is within 1.6 km of both Dupont Circle and Georgetown University. It offers rooms with LCD TVs and cable with premium movie channels. The service was outstanding. Can not beat the location.
