The food was tasty. The staff on reception were very helpful and friendly. The location was fabulous, close to the airport and to a buzzing little Italy.

The location is excellent across from the cruise terminal and close to the aircraft carrier museum Our harbour view room waa exceptional. The staff friendly and helpful. Nothing waa a bother

Located in Downtown San Diego’s Little Italy, Porto Vista Hotel In Little Italy offers a bar with panoramic views of San Diego Harbour and San Diego International Airport. Although this was clearly a budget hotel, the location and particular staff members were amazing. Little Italy is the place to stay in if you're looking to stay in downtown San Diego, especially at this hotel which is right next to India Street. Michael and Clayton were receptionists who were very friendly and helpful during our stay - you could tell the rest of the staff was normal/kinda bad but we love Michael and Clayton. It may be right next to the airport, but if you go to the rooftop terrace, there's a beautiful view of the city.

Directly off the I-5 motorway and 8 minutes' drive from San Diego International Airport. Everything, clean, quiet, great breakfast.

Situated between Little Italy and the waterfront, this centrally located hotel features private on-site parking. Guests can relax in the outdoor pool. Nice little gym with brand new equipment including Peloton bike. Onsite self service laundry very convenient. Nice swimming pool gets good sun exposure all day. Close to the bay so there is a nice cool breeze in the area all day.
