I liked the quiet location, it was safe, the ease of access to local transportation methods, and option to use transit as oppose to uber or taxi. The shuttle was great to access the airport as well.

They all knew how to treat a customer with respect and to help them out! I was in a bus from Toronto CA to New York NY and due to the bus schedule, I arrived early. I left my luggage at the hotel but was able to check in before the check in time without any additional payment! This was perfect for me! During my stay, the staff were friendly, always talking to me and helping me with any questions I had! The room itself was perfect. The bed was comfortable and the room's facilities met all my expectations! I have no doubt that when I return to NY, I will be staying at the Grandview again! The hotel was near a supermarket and plenty of shops. The bus stop is right outside the hotel which makes it easy to get to different parts of New York!

Kai and Sherman welcomed us even though we arrived very late and were very kind and smiley every day. The hotel was great! The room perfect! The breakfast big and in perfect hours! The metro station is 5' walk and takes you to times square in 25'. Perfect choice!
