Staff was helpful, the room neat and the breakfast was delicious with slight daily variations in selection. The close proximity to con center is a huge advantage to anyone attending conventions. Extra props for receptionist for being patient with me upon check-in. I was having a massive jet lag and it took me a moment to pull myself together at the late hour upon which I arrived.

Conveniently located in Pittsburgh, The Industrialist Hotel, Pittsburgh, Autograph Collection provides air-conditioned rooms, a fitness center, free WiFi and a restaurant. The hotel itself is beautiful. We only stopped for one night on a road trip from Chicago to NYC. The staff are exceptional especially Brittany at the front desk. She made our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely be back

Wonderful, well presented, fresh fruit, great bread, hot breakfast fantastic and served so quickly, staff member on duty in restaurant area could not have been more helpful and more pleasant. Good overall selection of food and various drinks hot and cold. Restaurant small but well located near reception.
