Thanks to the excellent location and the staff, my stay was enjoyable and memorable.

Perfekt location in a nice neighbourhood. A “Wholefood” store befind the hotel. We enjoyed the “Wine-hour” . It was a great break and there was wonderfull musical entertainment. My son got sick during our stay and the wonderfull ladys, who keept our room nice and clean, was so nice to us and provided what we needed. The staff at the reception was kind and helpfull., and the guys and the entrance made us feel that we “came home” everytime we walked through the front door.

EVERYTHING was perfect ! The stuff were very nice and helpful, view amazing, Rooms very clean and so housekeeping made good job. Room had closing door so i felt like i have private closet. .Newly renovated Extended Stay Hotel 31 is conveniently Located in the heart of New York City on 31st Street between Lexington and Park Avenue South.. Stayed here for two months, March and April. Absolutely enjoyed the excellent location and ambience. Hotel is just few minutes' walk to main attractions like the Empire State Building and Flatiron, Macy's at Heralds, museums, countless restaurants and movie complexes, etc. Neighborhood was pleasant and rather peaceful. Room decor was classy and warm with vintage furnishings and ample lighting. Housekeeping / maintenance teams were efficient and kept the rooms clean and well maintained. Front Desk team members were welcoming and extremely helpful. They were always available and sincerely committed to ensuring that the guests enjoyed a truly comfortable stay at this hotel.
