Best Western Premier Empire State Hotel está muy bien situado en el barrio de NoMad, Nueva York, a 4 min a pie de Empire State Building, a 800 metros de Macy's y a 8 min a pie de Edificio Flatiron. Great location and easy access to a lot of places in NY. The staff was very helpful, we got there very early and they provided a place for our bags for only $1. The room was small but very comfortable and clean. We were 3 people so it was enough for us, I think in 4 people the room might be a little on the small side. They also have a dinning area that you can bring in your own food and eat there.

No desayunamos en el hotel, la ubicación muy buena, la limpieza excelente, la decoración del loby muy bien, camas y almohadas excelente, la habitación pequeña, pero se entiende porque es NY, el personal muy bien nos apoyaron en todo, desde la recepción hasta las personas que atienden el bar excelentes

The stuff were very nice and helpful, view amazing, Rooms very clean and so housekeeping made good job. Room had closing door so i felt like i have private closet. There was water in The hall and ice cubes was was extra bonus

Stayed here for two months, March and April. Absolutely enjoyed the excellent location and ambience. Hotel is just few minutes' walk to main attractions like the Empire State Building and Flatiron, Macy's at Heralds, museums, countless restaurants and movie complexes, etc. Neighborhood was pleasant and rather peaceful. Room decor was classy and warm with vintage furnishings and ample lighting. Housekeeping / maintenance teams were efficient and kept the rooms clean and well maintained. Front Desk team members were welcoming and extremely helpful. They were always available and sincerely committed to ensuring that the guests enjoyed a truly comfortable stay at this hotel.
