I even want to record how the receptionist named Ana was amazing. I never failed to be served, I always had all requests promptly answered. The breakfast is very good and I recommend it to anyone who wants to start the day well fed and enjoy Miami. The room size is great! Large bathroom, large bed, and a very spacious room to work or enjoy a TV. It is definitely a great hotel to stay, especially in relation to the cost-benefit ratio.

My second stay here. Staff is super helpful and friendly. Specially Ramiro. Hotel staff stored my luggage for few hours before my flight. Room size is good for family. Lots of space. Very nice kitchen in the room. There is everything what you need to cook. Bed size is nice. Very cozy. Grocery store in 15 min away by Uber. Location is nice, very close to airport. Dolphin mall in 15-20 min away.

All the staff were very attentive and friendly, reception, cleaning staff, restaurant and bar waiters. The hotel has a very tasty and varied breakfast. Near the hotel you will find everything you need, parking, grocery stores and restaurants. It is convenient to get from the hotel to anywhere in Miami by car. The area where the hotel is located is clean and safe. We got the feeling of not just relaxing in a hotel, but being welcomed by a family. The hotel management does an excellent job and the quality of your stay at this hotel exceeds expectations. We have also stayed in identical rated hotels in Miami but did not have the same personalized service as a customer. We highly recommend this hotel for both business trips and holidays with children.

The hotel is located close to shops and restaurants,which was quite handy if you want to chill in the evening and you don't want to use the car.The breakfast was amazing and coffee all day long,was a perfect location for us and great value for money.
