It was gorgeous, really comfortable, and the bed was as incredible as the other reviews say. The location was also perfect, half a block away from the beach. The Santa Monica pier is like a mile and a half away, which is actually perfect! You get to enjoy a nice walk, without having to deal with the awful night at Santa Monica (seriously, watch the sunset if you want, but then go back right away, it gets dangerous). The breakfast was also amazing. A bit annoying that you have to walk a few blocks, but 100% worth it. However, the best part was the staff. Very friendly, very helpful, available for anything you need, and super understanding. I had issues with my credit card, and they were super patient. They even offered me to pay the remaining half of my stay (over $700) the next week, after I got home and had a chance to talk to my bank. In the end I solved my problem before I left and managed to cancel all my debt, luckily. But the fact that they were so helpful and trusting really touched me.
