The staff were friendly and the room was comfortable. The small gym had all the basic equipment travelers would need and the location was superb. Thanks to the kind staff, I was allowed early checkin with an upgrade after a 24-hour journey.

I never made it to their breakfast, but they have snacks & beverages available 24 hrs. Location is Fabulous! Walking distance to every daily need & to a T-station. Located in Boston's trendy Back Bay area and connected to the Copley Place Mall, this hotel offers luxury amenities and first-class accommodations. The room was quite spacious and the furniture was very comfortable, particularly the bed. The bathroom was quite large and very well set out. Also, it was very clean. The view was spectacular. The blinds did a great job of blocking out the morning sun. My stay was very comfortable and great value for money.
