This property was AMAZING!! The staff was also amazing!! All of the other reviews I’ve read about other hotels in Atlanta always mentioned that staff wasn’t friendly, etc, but here at Tru by Hilton, the staff was HIGHLY professional, extremely kind, and definitely went above & beyond to make sure our stay was a great experience! Now I must say, I wasn’t aware of the strict valet of $28 a night, but God made a way & it was overall nice to have my vehicle waiting outside the front door of the hotel and all I had to do was hop in and drive. However, I do feel there should be an option to find your own parking yourself to avoid the fee if someone wants to book the hotel, but absolutely cannot afford valet. Don’t even get me started on the breakfast! The breakfast was nothing short of Amazing!!! From the automatic pancake maker and their waffle maker, all different types of options, & they even had gummy bears, gummy worms, and Reece’s pieces out every morning and my kids loved that! The room was very clean AND very comfortable! I loved that I was greeted with my name on the TV inside of the room on the first night. Made me feel very special as I didn’t expect it. I will definitely book with them again!

Very pleasant lobby and courtyard area. Also having the bistro. The updated bathroom was nice. Parking was easy to use. Front desk was very pleasant room was quiet. Location good, minutes from airport.

This Atlanta hotel provides free transfers to Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, about 3 miles away. Especially the staff and the Shuttle Service was very fast also because I had to be on time for a meeting related an event for www.iec.club and I've been perfectly on time thanks to that fast and safe Shuttle pilot, congrats Marriott!

Very kind and professional staff. Quiet and decently sized workout facility. Breakfast at the restaurant was good but also rather expensive. Their shuttle will take you straight to the airport and back for free.
