Their caring and attentive nature made a significant difference during a potentially stressful time. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The exceptional service provided by the staff, combined with the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, made for an unforgettable stay. Cleanliness & condition of room & bathroom. Location was very good close to everything walking distance to restaurants, shops, exchange & Malls. Breakfast was delicious. All the Staffs were cheerful & helpful starting from the receptionist Saher & the other gentlemen + the waiters specialy the one with glasses unfortunately don't remember his name + Housekeeping ladies. Will be back in future.
