I want to express my sincere appreciation to Anil at the front desk, who went above and beyond during a critical situation. My flight was canceled, and I had to change plans and find a room quickly. Anil provided invaluable support, making a challenging situation much more manageable. His outstanding service made a significant difference. In summary, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and the exceptional assistance provided by the dedicated staff, particularly Anil. Hotel was very clean and modern. Breakfast had a large selection and very tasty local food. Personal very friendly and made us feel like at home. Location was also great, walking distance to metro and buses. We will definitely come back again. Loved it.
