Staff are always so kind and helpful, free coffee/tea and snacks at reception and the location is really close to everything you need! Bed is so super comfy and they easily provided a couple extra pillows (as we like to sleep with 2 rather than 1)

I have stayed here first time and I feel like I would definitely come again and stay here on my next trip to Chiang mai. The staff here are really really friendly and helpful. They definitely make you feel like you belong. The interior in the lobby is also very chic and definitely makes you feel at home no matter where you’re from. As for the rooms, it is really spacious, and there is even a living area, which has a comfortable couch. The bed was really big and comfortable with enough pillows as well as a really big sheet. There is a pool as well as many shops around here, making it like a small town in itself and you can get anything you need in just a stones throw away.
