Staffs very attentive; they didn't mind to deliver our online-ordered food from lobby to the room. Also they offered extra blanket and pillow for us (we used the sofa as bed, and they allowed this 😀 ). I noticed most of the reviews stated that it's hard to get grabtaxi, but that's not what happened to me. We easily get grabtaxi from hotel.

The luxurious Eastin Grand Hotel Sathorn is connected to Surasak BTS Skytrain Station via the hotel's own Sky Bridge. The hotel features an outdoor infinity-edge pool. Άψογη εξυπηρέτηση , μέναμε στο 32 όροφο που είχε πρόσβαση στο lounge. Το πρωινό σερβιριζότανε αποκλειστικά για αυτούς που διαμένανε στο 32 όροφο στο lounge. Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενέστατο. Επίσης πολύ βολικό ήταν ότι το skytrain επικοινωνούσε απευθείας με το ξενοδοχείο.

The room is spacious and clean, excellent facilities and good location. we only stay one night for new year eve, but everything is prefect.
