We traveled with our dog and we let the hotel know in advance. Everything about this hotel is exceptional! My dog got his own bed and toy from the hotel. The staffs were so friendly and kind and supported everything you need. From the owners to the managers to the receptionists to the cleaning staffs, everyone was so friendly and thoughtful. We had troubles and they tried their best to help us even took care of our dog when we were not in the hotel room. It’s the every little thoughtful detail that makes this stay truly one of the best experiences! I highly highly recommend spending your time here. Exceptional service, beautiful and super clean rooms, in the city center, beautiful architectural design and history behind this building. Worth every penny!

The staff were amazing! They were extremely welcoming and offered excellent recommendations around the city. The room was small but comfortable and great for those wanting to be out and about all day as we were.

We enjoyed the location and the fact it was so convenient to visit the temples during our stay. We came from Canada so it was nice to have a view while we did some needed R&R the first day. AC worked great...that's key. And Nu as well of the other staff were really helpful during our stay!
