The rooms are clean and well maintained. - The Gym is good. - Breakfast is great but a bit limited.

The location is perfect. Room was comfortably big with amazing view. The service and staff was great. We would recommend access to Golden Lounge, quite place with very good food selection, including breakfast, and super friendly staff

Grand Park City Hall berada 5 minit berjalan kaki dari Stesen MRT City Hall dan Pusat Membeli-belah Raffles City. The cleanliness of the room and professionalism of the hotel staff. Especially when we experienced a technical issue in the room I was greatly surprised by the fast service of the technical department of the hotel as well as the room service was really quick with providing us with delicious bites and beverages.
