Janelas Verdes Inn is understated luxury, more in the manner of a quality manor house than in a hotel ..any star rating does describe the quality of decor and furnishings, from the various lounges with open fireplaces to the exquisite library and superb harbour view on the 3 rd floor. Little things, like a (complimentary) decanter of port in each room! 2nd visit and looking for many more!

It was in a great area which was nice and quiet. Our host was wonderful and gave us plenty of information to help us with our stay in Lisbon.
