Where do I begin? i’ve been to many hotels and while they all try to make you feel “special”, this hotel just went on a whole new level. Shortly after we got in our room, there was a knock on the door with some welcome pastries and hand written welcome card. On my wifes birthday (which we didnt announce) they brought in champaigne, cake, pastries and hand written birthday card. When we asked in Whatsapp for two fresh towels, they brought those within 1 minute. The hotel was wonderful, the location was very close to city center, the breakfast was delicious and the staff was out of this world. Thank you for making this one of the best hotel experiences so far!

From the second I arrived at the hotel, until I left, everything was absolutely perfect. The beautiful fragrance of the hotel was the first thing that I noticed. The friendly and helpful staff at the door and reception were extremely welcoming. The room was a good size, with a separate seating area, with a comfortable sofa. There was a dressing table with large mirror. Complementary water, coffee and tea. The bed was really comfortable. There was a turn down service each evening. The room has a balcony running along the whole length. The bathroom offers a bathtub and a separate shower and is spacious and modern. Breakfast is plentiful, offering cereals, bread, meats, cheeses, yoghurts, fruit, cooked breakfast, fresh juices etc. The restaurant is clean and modern and all staff offer a high level of service. The location is ideal. It's situated in a side road off the main avenue, so it's quieter, but still within walking distance to all of the local sights. There's public transport nearby too, if walking isn't your thing. The spa treatments were very relaxing. Again, the staff were amazing. There's an indoor pool in the spa area plus a jacuzzi on the roof terrace.

Amazing service and friendly staff. Very comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. It's also at the heart of the center, so great location.

We went back and forth deciding between a couple hotels and ultimately chose the Avenida Palace due to free parking and location but were not expecting the excellent service and helpful staff and very fun and beautiful rooms. The hotel was exquisitely decorated and we felt very safe (COVID) the entire time. The breakfast is great and rooms very large. Will stay again when we return. It was surprisingly quiet as well for being an older building on a busy street.
