I liked everything about the hotel. Location is great, very close to the waterfront and in a walking distance of the main venues in Funchal. Rooms are modern, functional, clean and spacious. Loved the walk-in shower. Large enough for two people. Breakfast was healthy and complete. Loved the juices, freshly pressed. Coffee was also great. Staff is excellent, they are really helpful and are willing to solve any problem you may have. Margarida in the breakfast shift at the hotel was outstanding. Really helpful as well as her colleagues in the reception desk, Charles, Marco, and Paula. Thank you all for your kindness and being so selfless.

Ponuja zunanji bazen, odprt celo leto, spa center in masažno kad. perfect location just in the middle of the city but quite in a small street! the stuff are amazing!!! helped us with all the tours, renting a car, restaurants and really everything! we prolonged our stay at the hotel because the good experience

We enjoyed the warm welcome at the front desk and by the concierge. Everyone working in the hotel is highly professional and very friendly. We felt taken care of by superb hosts in a wonderful environment, the gardens are just marvelous and the house radiates a warm coziness.

The breakfast buffet was perfect to fill up before starting a full day of exploring! I will stay here again!
