The inside of the hotel is beautiful, staff was perfect, the 3 bed room was the best that I stayed at in Europe. If your wanting to take a train it would be very convenient.

The service was good. The parking big and safe. Also was free (but they will change this policy..unfortunately). The room was very big and clean.

Clean, comfortable, very friendly and polite staff. No TV set in the room, to me it’s a plus. Breakfast was tasty, everyone will find something for themselves. Tram stop and train station are nearby, the city center is a short tram ride away. Lots of bicycle paths in the vicinity.

Boasting garden views, Uroczy apartament offers accommodation with a garden and a balcony, around 4.4 km from Wawel Royal Castle. The location is good, close to the tram or train stations, with large parking place inside the courtyard.

Andrei is a very gentle owner. He has a very beautiful garden. He allowed my kids to play with his grand children's toys. We also received a lot of deliveries from local post to this hotel's address. So Andrei helped us collect parcels and communicate with couriers.
