This 4-star hotel offers room service and a 24-hour front desk. great location, staff were lovely. rooms were clean and as we were traveling as a group it was great that our rooms were located together. overall we really enjoyed our trip.

Hotel Indigo Krakow - Old Town, a part of the InterContinental chain, is a boutique hotel located in a historic building, built in 1836 in the heart of Kraków. The location of this hotel is perfect. It is about 5 minutes from the Old City, near an ice cream store and across the street from the market that has wonderful food, pastries and is fun to walk through. The room was very comfortable. The mattress was fabulous. There was enough room to unpack which is unusual at boutique hotels. The light in the bathroom was perfect. The restaurant offered choices for breakfast and the price is comparable to going somewhere else, so it is very convenient. The staff made dinner reservations for us that were excellent and arranged our taxi to the airport. Everything about this hotel was perfect.
