The room (2123) Premium Ocean view was beautiful, spacious, squeaky clean, with all the comforts and amenities you would expect from a Hilton Hotel, beautiful balcony with an extended ocean view. The staff courteous, professional and very helpful in all venues. People like Luis at the Bar with his witty humor and Alejandra in the Panamanian restaurant with her professional charm, go a long way in making a difference. First time I have seen in a Hotel a TV displaying all available channels summarized in one page with their logos, immensely facilitating the usual burden of identifying the available channels. Overall a great experience at the Balboa Hilton. Will surely return in our next trip ti Panama

They had very friendly staff, They offered to my luggage for me for free when I went for tonight so Sun Blas. They offered me a late check out after New Year’s eve without no charge, They offered to keep the luggage for me since my flight is at 11:30 PM for free. Everything was super clean comfortable Best value for money ever
