The balcony doors allowed us to enjoy the busy-ness of the street below at an arms length. We appreciated the provision of a few essentials that allowed us to have snacks in our room. Friendly host who was interested in our well being.

Attractively located in the City Centre district of Utrecht, Hotel Beijers is situated 300 metres from Museum Speelklok, 2 km from TivoliVredenburg and 2 km from Conference Center Vredenburg. In fact our apartment wasn't exactly located in Hotel Beijers but like 100 m apart from main hotel in building called Sluijmer Huis. It isn't exactly 2 bedroom studio as advertised but rather 2 apartments with common entrance, separated by round stairs. It wasn't a problem at all because we were informed before and agreed. For those who don't know, Sluijmer Huis is a special modern building in Utrecht, situated on land of dimensions 3x5 m with a bit of history. It has direct view to Drif Canal outside the window. Interior is loft style.
