Excellent location ~ close enough to the Central train station but in the heart of the action of the old city. Boon's grocery store a 2 minute walk away. The balcony doors allowed us to enjoy the busy-ness of the street below at an arms length. We appreciated the provision of a few essentials that allowed us to have snacks in our room. Friendly host who was interested in our well being.

A great use of space, the bed was really comfortable, the location was amazing. Tucked away next to the canal near the centre but really quiet. We went to a concert at De Helling and it was only a 10 minute walk. As there was no one booked in for the following night they were very kind and let us have a late checkout for as late as we needed it.

Needed to stay an additional night and was quickly arranged. Very close to great restaurants. Surrounded by bars. Beds super comfy. Thanks for a great stay.

In fact our apartment wasn't exactly located in Hotel Beijers but like 100 m apart from main hotel in building called Sluijmer Huis. It isn't exactly 2 bedroom studio as advertised but rather 2 apartments with common entrance, separated by round stairs. It wasn't a problem at all because we were informed before and agreed. For those who don't know, Sluijmer Huis is a special modern building in Utrecht, situated on land of dimensions 3x5 m with a bit of history. It has direct view to Drif Canal outside the window. Interior is loft style.
