Convenient central location with a metro station nearby. The hotel was opened recently, it's beautifully designed, the rooms are very comfortable and clean, and the bistro serves exceptional meals. But above all, the highlight for me was the superb staff - professional but friendly, accommodating and approachable. They went above and beyond in helping me track down a lost item and had it shipped to me after I left the city. It was fantastic customer experience and I will surely stay here again in the future.

Well set in the Centrum district of Rotterdam, Hotel Unplugged is located 3.7 km from Diergaarde Blijdorp, 5 km from Erasmus University and 6 km from Plaswijckpark. Vuode pehmeä ja mukava, Ilmastoinnilla huoneeseen sai itselleen sopivat olot. Äänentaso hiljainen öisin. Nukuin siis erittäin hyvin. Pesutilat käytännölliset ja toimivat. Wi-Fi verkko toimi loistavasti eikä hitautta ilmennyt. Huoneen koko kompakti, mutta riittävä 1-2 hengelle. Tämä riippuu toki huonekoon valinnasta. Hotelli sijaitsi keskustan ytimessä, joten liikkeet, kahvilat, ravintolat, museot ja muut kohteet lyhyen kävelymatka päässä. Myös juna-asema Amsterdamiin matkustamista varten n. 10-15 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä. Huoneen avain piti noutaa sisarhotelli Emmasta muutaman minuutin kävelymatkan päästä. Siellä henkilökunta todella ystävällistä ja palveluhenkistä. Aamainen ei kuulunut omaan varaukseeni, joten en pysty siihen ottamaan kantaa.
