At checkin my room was upgraded to one that was a better fit for my son and I. They arranged transportation to the airport. The rooms were clean, modern and efficient and the hotel is a very interesting building! The location is perfect for walking to museums and all of Amsterdam. I highly recommend it!

So this property is very eco friendly. So do their staff. I did now expect their device to be a wonderful one too. The service towards us were so great. The room was cold for us since it’s our first our time in Amsterdam, the next thing they did was adjusted the room temperature warmer for us so we could be comfort. For that they also give compliment gifts such as cards and not one but two bars of chocolate. Breakfast is so good. First time eating Dutch breakfast. The cereals were fantastic cause it was full of many types nuts which I loved it. The bathroom and room interior was fantastic. With all the beautiful quotes and all it was so great. Yes of course they sent us a heater too for our room 😉

L'Hotel De Hallen est situé dans le quartier Oud-West d'Amsterdam, à 2 km de la place du Dam. Great location in AMS oud west, a bit outside from the center but full of nice places to eat especially the Food Hallen. You can walk everywhere from here but there are also a lot of connections with the public transport. The hotel is beautiful, great design, great service, the room was very clean. It's also possible to have breakfast or eat for lunch&dinner, lovely bar for wines and drinks. Thank you very much!

My partner and I stayed here and we were exceptionally happy with everything, the hotel was really clean and the staff super friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is very tasty but the options are limited which is to be expected considering the hotel size, we personally found it great. The neighbourhood is amazing and well connected and overall it is one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had!

L'Alp Hotel est un petit hôtel charmant situé en plein centre-ville d'Amsterdam, à 600 mètres du quartier Jordaan. L’hôtel dispose d'une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite et d'un jardin avec une terrasse. I had a fantastic time at this hotel! I felt welcome and safe from the minute I stepped into the lobby. I was happily introduced to the reception area and given a tour of the lobby and room where I was staying. I was provided with a booklet about the best activities in the city and given some insider tricks that most tourists don't know about (which led me to some amazing places during my visit!.) The location is absolutely fantastic; quiet, peaceful and offers so much to do and there is a streetcar stop right in front of the hotel. Everything is within walking distance including museums and shops. restaurants etc. There is always a staff member in the reception area 24/7 in case you need help. There were a few nights I came back really late at night and I felt so happy that I was welcomed to such a warm and safe space :) The room was clean and comfy, and there was an amazing bath. Book your stay with Alp, it will be worth it :) I will be back!

Super hôtel extrêmement bien situé. En plein centre mais au calme. Deco soignée. Personnel charmant. The, café, eau gratuits toute la journée. Belle terrasse.
