Location, rooms, architecture, service are all beyond the expectations. As a frequent traveller so far Pillows Amsterdam is my favorite among all the Small Luxury Hotels! PS: Breakfast is to die for!

The hotel is very nice, staff was helpful and friendly. The room is modern, with great appliances and it's very easy to come back and forth from downtown even though it seems not too close, it's just a 15 min train ride. I would stay again 100%.

The location is great except it is a bit hard to find the entrance for the first time as it wasn’t clearly shown how to get there even with the help of google map.
