Ideally set in the centre of Jeju, Ventimo Hotel & Residence Jeju offers free WiFi throughout the property, a fitness centre and free private parking for guests who drive. The hotel is located very close to the airport but you can't hear the planes or traffic. It is also located within walking distance to an area full of restaurants and shops. The staff recommended very good restaurants to check out for jeju black pork and Korean fried chicken. They give you sandwiches for free at 7am packed in a cooler bag so that you can take them with you while you are exploring, which we thought was a great touch. For those with a car they do valet parking. Umbrellas are also available to borrow from reception. The bed was super comfortable. Our room had a sea view, which was nice. The room was clean.

Open in 2018, Hotel Sirius features a noble building design inspired by Jeju's Jusangjeolli Cliff, a spectacular volcanic rock formation. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped. The people working at the desk were really helpful. The location is really convenient. The pool is cool!

Situated in front of Tap-dong Square just a 15-minute drive from Jeju International Airport, Regentmarine The Blue boasts a 24-hour front desk with currency exchange service, an outdoor swimming pool... The room was nice and clean (vanity set, comb and shampoo/conditioner/body wash were all provided) and the reception staff was able to communicate in English. The hotel’s position is not exactly central, but it wasn’t a problem as it was possible to call a taxi easily, and it’s only 20 minutes away from the airport. There’s a chance to eat at their breakfast or lunch buffet for a not too high price. It was great! Thank you :)

Breakfast is exceptional, service is fantastic everywhere, rooms are great, would stay there if I were to return to Jeju-do.

Located in the centre of Jeju City, the 4-star LOTTE City Hotel Jeju feature a fitness centre and a sauna. Free WiFi and free parking are available at the property. The staff were great as we had no issues with communication since they can speak English fluently. They even upgraded our stay free of charge and allowed us to check-in 2 hours earlier than the supposed time free of charge as well. They even gave as an interconnecting room as we booked two rooms. Everyone was kind and accommodating and they also had a free airport shuttle bus but you have to mind the posted schedule as it is not available 24/7. The location was great as it was near a lot of bus stops and also a 30 minute ride from the airport. They make up the room on a daily basis so every time we return, there are new sets of towels, water bottles, and our beds have been fixed. A bit pricey compared to other hotels but quite reasonable with the service they provide and ambience of the hotel. It is Lotte after all. Overall, everything was great from checking-in to checking-out.

Attractively located in the centre of Jeju, The Jade Hotel features American breakfast and free WiFi throughout the property. Location is perfect, 5 minutes to Dongmun market and black pork street, and there are lots of food and shopping options in the area. Staff is very helpful and will speak English using translator, I had no issue in communication. Room is not big, but spacious enough for 2 adults with 2 luggage. Bathroom is big. Free Parking is available, just ask the stuff first.

Conveniently set in the centre of Jeju, Jeju Renaissance Hotel provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and free private parking. We got a free upgrade and the people at the reception were very very helpful :)
