The hotel is a 4 minute walk from Herbis Osaka Bus Station so access to/from both Kansai and Itami airports is a breeze especially if you have a lot of luggage. The staff were amazing and professional and are always eager to assist. The lobby has an automated money exchange machine. The room was clean and tidy with awesome toiletries and amenities. The Wifi was very reliable. The elevator corridor where the rooms are located has a vending machine and a microwave. You can easily access the rooms’ floor through the basement elevator so you don’t have to pass through the lobby.

Habitación cómoda e instalaciones súper limpias! Por error solicitamos sector fumadores e hicieron todo lo posible para solucionar el tema del olor a cigarrillo ya que la parte no fumadores estaba full. Bien ubicado!
