All the staff speak English which is rare in Japanese facilities. The breakfast was very good with a large variety of choices.

This hotel deserves 10 stars! The hotel staff is exceptional - I got on a cab at the hotel lobby & put my suitcase in the taxi trunk. When I got off the car, I realised that I didn’t retrieve my luggage. It was a nightmare. THANK GOD I called Centara to inform them about this situation & they were SO helpful. While I was at the police station filing a missing item report, Centara called me several times to tell me they’ll check the CCTV & get info on the taxi plate # etc. In the end, they got the taxi driver to return my suitcase back to the hotel on the same day. Thanks to the hotel staff I didn’t lose my important & valuable belongings! Their approach to the situation was efficient & even better than the Japanese cops! They are extremely personal towards their clients & I extended my stay for another few nights, because of this ordeal. I really owe them one!

MIMARU OSAKA NAMBA North har ett perfekt läge i området Nishi Ward i Osaka, en kort bit från Orange Street, 5 minuters promenad från Shinsaibashi Shopping Arcade och 700 m från Glico Man-skylten. The front desk people are friendly and helped a lot when we were stayed in the hotel. Location is quite nice and quite. The room size also big for family staying.

Feel Osaka Yu öppnade 2018 och ligger bara 1 minuts promenad från Shinsaibashi-stationen. Här erbjuds delade sovsalar och privata rum. Här finns gratis WiFi och ett gemensamt kök. Cute hostel, nice facilities, but the main advantage is the host Kaz - he is amazing, we got a lot of advice for local experience. Highly recommend and hope to come back <3

Hotel 88 Shinsaibashi ligger 8 minuters promenad från OCAT (Osaka City Air Terminal) och 10 minuters promenad från stationen Namba. Glico Man Sign ligger 4 minuters promenad från boendet. The hotel staff had exceptional client service; they went above and beyond to make us even more comfortable. Hotel is modern, clean, with spacious rooms and in an excellent location. It has free coffee, tea, soda service for most of the day.
