The location is great, just a couple minutes walk from the underground station and 20 minutes by food from the Dotonbori area. The room was really nice and clean, the facilities were great and the staff was friendly. The coffee and tea dispenser in the common area is a great service too! We really enjoyed our time here!

This hotel deserves 10 stars! The hotel staff is exceptional - I got on a cab at the hotel lobby & put my suitcase in the taxi trunk. When I got off the car, I realised that I didn’t retrieve my luggage. It was a nightmare. THANK GOD I called Centara to inform them about this situation & they were SO helpful. While I was at the police station filing a missing item report, Centara called me several times to tell me they’ll check the CCTV & get info on the taxi plate # etc. In the end, they got the taxi driver to return my suitcase back to the hotel on the same day. Thanks to the hotel staff I didn’t lose my important & valuable belongings! Their approach to the situation was efficient & even better than the Japanese cops! They are extremely personal towards their clients & I extended my stay for another few nights, because of this ordeal. I really owe them one!

Our room was the perfect size for a family of 4 (two teen boys and 2 adults). All of the amenities you can think of were included and if you wanted extra items, all you needed to do was talk to the Front Desk. The room was comfortable and very clean. The staff at the hotel are EXCEPTIONAL! Very friendly, helpful and professional. Always had great restaurant recommendations and also very helpful in arranging our luggage delivery to the next hotel we were staying at. The location of the hotel was excellent as well. Within short walking distance to many shops, restaurants and access to train stations. I also appreciated the quiet nature of this neighbourhood as well after a busy day in the city. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely use Mimaru hotels in future if I ever have the chance.

The front desk people are friendly and helped a lot when we were stayed in the hotel. Location is quite nice and quite. The room size also big for family staying.
