We really enjoyed our stay at the Shin-Osaka Station hotel. We arrived earlier but we could keep our luggage in storage. Once our room was finished, the staff brought the luggage to our room while we were exploring the city. Very spacious rooms and delicious breakfast. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. We had a great time staying here. The breakfast was awesome! We had great Japanese breakfast which was different everyday. We stayed for 3 nights. The breakfast combination was really nice. Staff was lovely.

It's actually at the back but there's a back entrance, with a nearby convenience store. The room is quite big with a generous amount of towels and slippers. We really liked the shampoo and conditioner they have. I wonder what brand that was.
