The hotel was great and really good value for money. The rooms were modern and clean. Great hotel facilities including downstairs shop and a complimentary coffee. Really good location near the Shinkansen station.

Super Hotel JR Shin-Osaka Higashiguchi offers Western-style accommodations with free wired internet access. Many thoughtful details along with a genuine dedication to sustainable practices. I came in out of a downpour to check in, was soaking wet and the thoughtful staff welcomed me with a towel to dry off first thing. Later, when I went out for food, staff directed me to where they keep the umbrellas for visitor use. The thoughtfulness didn't stop there... my room was detailed down to the crisply clean and pleated shower curtain. A choice of nine different kind pillows, pajamas and green tea helped make be feel right at home here.

Conveniently situated just a 4-minute walk from Shin-Osaka Shinkansen Station East exit, Shin-Osaka Station Hotel offers cosy rooms with a flat-screen TV. Free Wi-Fi is available. The rooms were spacious compared to Tokyo hotels The breakfast, though basic, was nice and just enough. The location was strategic for Shinkansen and basically travel to anywhere. It was a boutique hotel in a quiet residential area which was a welcome relief from touristy areas in Osaka and Kyoto. The toiletries!

We had a great time staying here. The breakfast was awesome! We had great Japanese breakfast which was different everyday. We stayed for 3 nights. The breakfast combination was really nice. Staff was lovely.

Only a 1-minute walk from JR Shin-Osaka Shinkansen Station, Hotel Shin Osaka features rooms with free wired internet. Massages are available for relaxation. The hotel is so near the station. It's actually at the back but there's a back entrance, with a nearby convenience store. The room is quite big with a generous amount of towels and slippers. We really liked the shampoo and conditioner they have. I wonder what brand that was.
