Nice location, close walk to train station, bus stop, and next to Aeon Mall. Very friendly and helpful staff, always ready to give tips for things to do and give clear directions. We stayed in a family room A, very nice and comfortable for a family of 5. The place is super clean with all the things we need.

Tous L’attention du personnel était exceptionnel. Il y a des habits traditionnels à votre disposition. Les chambres était très confortables La literie était excellente y compris, les fut, on a faim de dormir comme des vrais japonais  Une superbe expérience, et en plus ils parlent anglais parfaitement  On s’y sent comme chez soi

Le Sunrise Suites est situé à Kyoto, à 5 minutes à pied de la gare de Toji. Vous pourrez explorer le temple Toji, à seulement 4 minutes à pied. Get the breakfast added to your stay. The tofu bento has eel and soup with a pull tab that heats the box up within seconds, really cool to experience. Electric stove top, all cookingware and utensils included, washer/dryer unit in the room, spacious room and bathroom, phone in room, and table and chairs in the room were all very convenient. Temple view from the windows. Outside smoking area is designed as a zen garden. Yukatas provided for daily use. The staff were so polite and hospitable, one gentleman even offered a bit of history and a poem about Japan written by an American author. Beds were very comfortable. Very authentic experience, minus the tetami mats.

Beautiful, well designed room in excelent location, super-kind, English speaking staff, modern approach to room maintenance (you get a sweet award, if you don't ask for making up your room :) at the front desk you can hire a high quality speaker, ac adaptors or even a projector at no charge. 22 pieces is a great experience, highly recommended.

The room was very clean and the bathroom was significantly larger than other hotels we stayed at in Japan. I highly recommend staying here.

The hotel is quite new, amenities are awesome. Space is enough for 3 ppl with 2 fully opened suitcases. The location is within adequate walking distance (~10 mins) from Kyoto station. Staff are super friendly and are the best English speakers I've encountered in the 7-day trip.

Idéalement situé dans le quartier Minami Ward de Kyoto, l'Hotel The M's Kyoto se trouve à 1 km de la gare de Kyoto, à 1,7 km du temple Sanjusangen-do et à 1,9 km du temple Tofuku-ji. I like everything, location, the facilities, the staff they are so friendly and nice, especially the guy who was concerned about my cake and put it in the fridge coz we are arrived early. Kuddos for the staff!!

Bénéficiant d’un emplacement idéal dans le centre de Kyoto, le Comfort Hotel ERA Kyoto Toji propose un petit-déjeuner buffet. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially Tsuda san who helped us for the check in. All the facilities in the room is good, and the room is big enough for 2 of us to stay.
