Well situated in the Ukyo Ward district of Kyoto, Homm Stay Nagi Arashiyama Kyoto By Banyan Group is located 2.8 km from Otagi Nenbutsu-ji Temple, 6.3 km from Kitano Tenmangu Shrine and 6.3 km from... We picked the hotel due to its localization, because it is close to famous bamboo forest and to make crowdless photos you need to get up very early, so we decided to choose hotel close to the forest. It was supposed to be only a bedroom for us, but it came out as a really comfortable and clean hotel with very friendly personel. Also the bathroom was big, clean and to be honest, the best we found in our trip to Japan. I can recomment it to everyone staying in Kyoto

The property is very beautiful, loved how close it was to the train station too. Staff are extremely nice and welcoming, we got a foot massage and talked with our masseuse the entire time. They have 5 private onsen which is perfect for me since I have tattoos. They are used in 30 minute intervals. Make sure to book dinner too, if they’re full they won’t take you to dine inside but I believe you can do take out. We had our luggage shipped to them and was able to check in and already have our baggage in the room and they also kept it for us when we checked out to go explore arashiyama

Hotel Binario Saga Arashiyama var enduruppgert árið 2014 og býður upp á veitingastað, kaffihús og almenningsbað. Booked the room with beds instead of futons, really nice and big room! Breakfast and dinner was amazing, a whole experience! And staff was so nice!

The staff are very polite and helpful, best hotel service I've seen since I came to japan. The hotel is located in the best area where you have a view of the river from the cafe. You can go sightseeing in kyoto or to the bamboo forest with 10 mins on foot. You're also near a train station.

Sun Members Kyoto Saga er í aðeins 5 mínútna fjarlægð frá JR Saga Arashiyama-stöðinni með ókeypis skutlu. I’d say this hotel is underrated. We stayed here when we visited places around/near Arashiyama so I won’t say that the location is bad. You just have to plan your trip and map it out. Staff were great, I can speak a little japanese but they can converse well in english, too. Room was great and spacious - and the sunrise view from our balcony was beyond perfect. The building is classic and well-maintained. They have a shuttle going to Saga Arashiyama station, but I don’t mind the 10-15 mins. morning walk.
